I have graduated with a Masters Degree in Management and Bachelors degree in business. I have 10 years working experience in consulting, marketing and media.

Previously worked as a radio presenter and reporter at China Radio International. I have always been keeping pace with the latest policies and news. This habit has been extended to my present work as a consultant. I help clients to meet their legal requirements and keep updated documents as their business develops.

I have also worked with entrepreneurs to develop business visions and business plans with extensive market research.

I’m a mother of a cute little girl, so apart from work, my biggest pleasure is being with her and having great time together.

I have a true passion for best business optimisation.


I graduated as Top Scholar in Human Resource Management & Employment Relations and Marketing whilst running my own successful business team.


Specialising in Human Resources and Employment Relations has been aided by my previous work for more than 3 years as a client manager in a business consultancy. During this role, I created business plans and conducted in-depth market research for million dollar investors who were investing in New Zealand to establish a viable and successful business for residence. I loved this role being part of business growth and development.

In the little free time I do have, I am passionate for Crossfit, varied water sports and hiking across our beautiful country, New Zealand.

Meet Nathan

Sales & Business Development Manager

I have always maintained that HR should be a value add service that contributes to the bottom line of the organisation, rather than be seen as a cost centre. My aim is to provide you with practical solutions to the pain points in your business as well as providing pathways to business growth.


I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma of Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.


Specialising in Human Resources and Employment Relations for the last 14 years, I have worked for a number of multi-national corporates as well as consulting for SME’s. During this time I have managed a number of successful change projects ensuring the ongoing operational efficiency of organisations, led negotiations for complex collective agreements, and dealt with a large amount of varied ER issues.  When working in my role I always strive to provide a professional service that values the various parties involved in such interactions.


Outside of work, I value family time, training in the gym, tinkering with old cars and writing.

I graduated from Auckland University in 2015 with a BA in Ancient History and Drama. In 2018 I received a Certificate in Reception Skills and Office Support. 

I hold a keen interest in the business world of HR and Business. With over 5 years’ experience in Retail and Customer Service Roles coupled with my love of volunteer work, dealing with people and lending a helping hand is my greatest asset. 

One of my true passions is reading.If I haven’t got my nose inside a book, you're likely to find me in front of a computer attempting to write my own. 

 In my spare time I also enjoy ceramics, baking and gaming.

I have 7 years’ experience as a lawyer and a leader. I developed a data driven tool called Pro-File Project, that lead my team to be awarded by Brazil’s largest insurance company with the Itaú Seguros Defence Turnover Prize – 2014.

Specializing in Performance Management techniques and strategies assisted me in my 3 years of success as a General Manager in my own law office, with international clients and partnerships with the most recognized law firms in Brazil.

I moved to New Zealand as an admirer of the country’s lifestyle and obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Business with a special focus on Human Resources and Performance Management.

I believe in innovation and technology, coupled with proactivity and responsibility driving towards positive changes in business.
